While the affected organizations face harsh consequences – including legal implications and damage to their brand reputation, millions of their customers’ personal records have been exposed and made vulnerable to criminal activity, such as identity theft. The legal implications of SA’s big data leak
October 2017 was the month South Africa was rocked by its biggest data breach to date. This podcast is an interview with IT legal expert Corien Vermaak, director of the Three6Five Academy.
