Yes, email is complex! Our most experienced staff still have “a fear of pressing play” on an email campaign and we even celebrate when new employees click the play button for the first time. They hover over the button and then quickly re-test before sending. This is because they know that a lot goes into creating and distributing email campaigns. There are many moving parts that need to come together to create and deliver the perfect email.
