Secure PDF - Payment Form problems

Issue
  • The Payment form is not doing anything
  • I cannot see the drop downs in my payment form
  • No error message appears. When clicking on the ”Pay My Bill” button  - nothing happens.
Explanation
This problem is generally easily resolved as the payment functionality is only usable if you have Adobe Reader version 7 or above.

Solution
Install the latest version of Adobe.

Download and install the latest version of the Adobe Reader.
Get the Adobe Reader

Mac Users
The PDF must be opened in Adobe Reader and not Mac the Preview.
  1. Open the email that contains the attachment.
  2. Save the attachment to your hard disk.
    'Save as' for a Mac

  3. Open Adobe Reader and select File - Open..
    'Open as' for a Mac

  1. In the screen that pops up, select the saved PDF from the location where you saved it.
