About the Striata Online Community
The Striata Online Community is the single information access point for anyone involved with Striata. The SOC is a place to discuss matters concerning the platform and its applications. Browse the current pool of knowledge or request further information.
Why should you use the SOC?
The Striata Online Community will, through constructive thought and population, be a central information source for anything you need to know about Striata. Whether you are a Striata employee, a Partner or a Client - you will find information relevant to you.
How should you use the SOC?
- If you have a question, use the search function.
- If you can't find it, then post a question on the forum.
- If your query is urgent and affects production, send a support request.
How to join the SOC?
Once-off registration is required to access the various sections within the SOC. Please complete the form and you will have immediate access to various information. further access is provided to those users already within the greater Striata community. If you feel you should have this kind of access, please contact your Account Manager.

‘My SOC Profile’ provides a dashboard through which users can manage their own information, as well as a summary of personal SOC interaction.
The Knowledge Base.
Industry news, competitor announcements, market opinion,information on the implementation and use of the Platform and a comprehensive Q&A section make up the dynamic content section of the Community section. Users can make use of the search function to locate particular items.
The forum allows SOC members to interact in a manner appropriate to their use of the Striata Application Platform.
Forum members are encouraged to first use the search function to check that no solution is already available on SOC before posting a question.
An internal Striata knowledge base for employees to place information that is pertinent and applicable to all regions of the Striata Community – online or otherwise.
The Wiki provides a true sharing environment across the globe. Despite its design to grow organically through continuous contribution and linking, the regional structure within the wiki allows each region to contribute in a manner similar to their own processes.
The Learning Portal improves Striata education and maximizes the optimum use of our world-class software. As a member of the Striata Online Community you have automatic access to the Learning Portal. However, access to the individual courses is still required. This can be achieved by contacting your account manager.
Please note that if you had access to a course before, but have not logged in within the last 90 days, your access might have been suspended. Contact your Striata Account Manager to arrange for access or contact Striata Learning in your region through the Contact Us section.
Most courses on the Striata Learning Portal allow the learner to download a certificate when successfully completing the relevant Post Assessment. Striata Learning recommends that you save your certificate (a PDF file) for future reference. Striata Learning only records the unique code that validates your certificate – we do not keep an actual copy of the certificate itself. Certificates can thus not be re-issued.
