Striata Reader - Problems with this Web page
After opening the encrypted attachment, I can view the contents successfully. But get an error when clicking on various available links inside my ebill / statement / invoice. The message 'Problems with this Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning properly.' is displayed.
Explanation
It is most likely that you don't have the latest version of your web browser installed. You should download and install the latest version.
Solution
If you use Internet Explorer:
- Click on 'Tools' in the IE menu and then select 'Windows Update'.
- or you can have Automatic Updates enabled by clicking Start / Settings / Control Panel or Start / Control Panel and selecting 'Automatic updates'. Make sure that the 'Automatic (Recommended)' option is selected.
