Striata Reader - Permissions error

Issue
There is an error generated stating that I am not allowed to replace any files in the 'Outlook Temporary Folder' and thus gives a permissions error. What should I do?

Explanation
When Outlook receives an email with an attachment and you open the attachment, it saves the attached file to the 'Outlook Temporary Folder'. The emc password box is then displayed. Once you have entered the emc password, the emc is then extracted to the 'Windows Temporary Folder' where it is then available for you to view.

Solution
In order to solve the permissions problem; the emc's (or the contents of the whole directory) in the 'Outlook Temporary Folder' has to be removed Please note: do not remove the files in the 'Windows Temporary Folder'.

1. Click 'Start' and then click on 'Run'.
2. Type 'regedit' into the text box and click 'Ok'.
3. Click on the plus signs next to the following menu items:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Software
Microsoft
Office
9.0 (This number may vary depending on the version of Outlook being used, choose the highest number)
Outlook

4. Click on the Security folder
5. Under Security details (Located on the right-side of the regedit window) will be an entry by the name of 'OutlookSecureTempFolder'. This is the path of the 'Outlook Temporary Folder ' where the emc's can be deleted.
6. Go to the 'Outlook Temporary Folder' folder specified in step 5 and delete the emc file(s).
