Striata Secure PDF now works by default on Droid, Windows Mobile, Blackberry & iPhone
No payment functionality yet, just viewing

Solution

Download the free iBooks app from the Apple App Store
When you recieve the email from Striata, your iPhone or iPad will ask you if you would like to open it with iBooks. From there it works perfectly just like if you were on your PC or Mac.
