Secure PDF - "It is asking me to login when I submit a payment"
I am being asked to login when I try to submit a payment. What should I do? Explanation

This is not the PDF Password / challenge problem. Some companies have a proxy server that your computer is directed through before you can connect to the internet. You probably have to authenticate yourself on the proxy server before being allowed to connect the internet.
Solution
You should enter the same username & password as you would normally when browsing the internet,
"We have also received positive feedback to marketing campaigns included with the statements."
