Secure PDF - "It does not accept my password"
I am asked to 'Enter Password', but every time I do it gives me an error.
HELP!
Explanation
After double clicking on the secure PDF attachment, you should be asked to enter your challenge phrase / password.
But then you get this image...
Solution
Remember that the password is case sensitive. Make sure you are entering the correct details and do not have your Caps Lock on.
