This solution manages customer events from the invitation phase, through registration, reminders and post-event thank-you emails. The entire process is best managed when it is automated and all interactions reported in real time.

A back-end reporting system is available for an administrator at the company to monitor the RSVPs of the event and amend the status of the invitees. The designated person logs onto the system and checks the event status in real-time. It allows the company to view, online and in real-time, how many people have RSVP’d, when they RSVP’d, dietary requirements, and other pertinent information.

The advantage of the eRSVP solution is that the whole event is managed from one central place.

The solution allows for various interactions, the main ones being:
  • Initial invite to the event; Motivational copy inviting recipients to the event, including the date, time, venue and the opportunity to complete the RSVP form online.
  • Follow up email; An email is sent to all customers that haven’t yet responded. The back end reporting allows a company to cancel RSVPs, see who has and who hasn’t responded, so that follow-ups can be sent.
  • Reminder to attend; An email or SMS is sent the day before the event as a reminder.
  • Post event; “Thank you for attending” with optional survey email or “sorry we missed you” email.
