This information is stored in a database and real-time reporting is available, which gives an overview of who is attending, who has declined and allows you to amend a recipient’s status if they have phoned in. The report also offers filter views, giving you the ability to filter according to various criteria captured in the RSVP form (dietary requirements, area, etc.).|

|How can I measure the success of a campaign?||Reporting – Online real-time reporting is available on the Striata Platform, giving detailed reports on open rates (only measurable if recipients are online at the time they open the email and reading the HTML version), which links recipients clicked on and who the recipients are that have taken action on the email.
This reporting helps you evaluate the success of each campaign giving insight into what worked and what people are reading.
|What measures can I take to optimize my email so it is not seen as spam?||Spam Check - Striata can run the email through its spam check tool, which will rate the email and give an indication of what elements should be changed, as well as give a report on which ISPs, email clients and spam software will consider the email as spam.
Sender Authentication - We have SPF, sender ID and PTR records set up on all of our messaging engines in our data centers, to help increase deliverability.
Messaging Server Features - The messaging engine has been designed in such a way as to pass any greylisting or tarpitting attempts by receiving mail servers. The specific design is essentially the retry process that normal Spammers do not do, this as to remain anonymous to the unsuspecting public who receive their messages.
Whitelisting / accreditation - Striata has applied to numerous authentication/reputation services to further enhance deliverability. Striata has also whitelisted its servers with various ISPs that offer the functionality to do so, as well as various RBL’s that would otherwise block legitimate mail.
Monitoring - Even though Striata has been whitelisted with ISPs and RBL’s, we still actively monitor blacklists and spam alerts on a daily basis.
|My call centre cannot handle too many responses from email at once.||Batched sends – We will distribute emails / SMS messages in smaller batches, and time the batches so as to allow a call centre enough time to answer all queries.|
