Complete, automated, SaaS solution

Striata CIC eSignature is an outsourced SaaS (Software as a Service) solution that offers multi-layer sender and recipient authentication with associated audit trail. The detailed process is made up of the following steps:

1. Data and document images are securely transferred from the Insurer to a Striata Data Center.
2. Policy documents are compiled and Electronic Signature functionality added along with the required T&C, consent and disclosure information.
3. Each policy is encrypted and attached to a highly personalized and sender-authenticated email.
4. Email and attachment are sent and inbox penetration assured.
5. Recipient is not required to download any new software or have registered online.
6. One-click to open and one-click to sign.
   1. Consumer receives this trusted email, opens the attachment by authenticating themselves through a ‘shared secret’. 
   2. Consumer confirms that the policy information is correct and ‘signs’ the document.
7. This electronic signature is submitted through a secure internet connection and validated on the receiving side.
8. The electronic signature is embedded within the policy and permanently locked.
9. A copy of the final policy is encrypted and sent to the consumer via Striata Secure Document Delivery. (Customers can save the attachment, view it offline, and print hard copies if required.)
10. For added security, the policy remains encrypted at all times.
11. The original is uploaded to the insurer, along with the detailed audit trail.

Effective reporting and tracking is achieved without any human intervention, dramatically reducing time, resources and cost associated with such activities.
