Issue What does this error mean? I get it when trying to install the Reader. Could not install the application. Reason : 3758096947 Explanation This is a Windows XP permissions error. Your user account needs Administrator rights for the computer to allow you to install the Reader. Solution This is not a user setting. You need to contact your System Administrator (IT support) and ask them to install the Reader for you with Administrator privileges. |
