Cell C is a South African telecommunications and mobile operator that constantly strives to provide unique products and services to its clients. In keeping with this philosophy, Cell C implemented Striata's innovative eBilling solution to save costs, enhance customer service and to promote environmentally friendly solutions.
To assist Cell C with eBilling adoption, Striata developed and implemented an effective SMS adoption campaign, enabling them to successfully convert 20% of their contract customer base to eBilling. As a result they are experiencing a rapid ROI due to a significant reduction in paper and administration costs. Cell C aim to convert 50% of their base to eBilling.
