UK-based marketing agency partners with Striata - ( Mar 2004 )
Invisible media, a UK-based online digital marketing agency, has joined Striata's Channel Programme.
Invisible media specialise in digital strategy, email marketing, Web design and viral campaigns.
Partnering with Striata, a premier electronic communication company, has enabled it to offer existing
clients additional leading-edge electronic marketing functionality.
Says David James, Striata's Channel Manager: "Effective communication with customers within an electronic
environment is one of the primary challenges facing organisations in today's networked society. As companies
identify the substantial benefits in efficiency and cost reduction, it is fast becoming a crucial progression
for companies to move away from paper-based communication."
Striata's sales strategy includes the development of partnerships with dynamic organisations that have complementary service offerings.
Invisible media was formed in 2002 and has gained significant client wins in the travel, finance, engineering,
retail and service industries. Invisible media provides strategy and advisory services to clients on how digital
marketing best fits with their overall marketing strategies and how these can be integrated.
Says Steve Ruston, European Sales and Marketing Manager: "Invisible media is well established in the digital marketing
industry and we are thrilled to have signed them onto our Channel Programme."
Ruston adds that organisations need to communicate regularly and effectively with customers. "As communication is
invariably costly, many organisations are investigating cost-effective mechanisms and have found sending communication
via email, SMS and fax significantly cheaper and more immediate than the printed letter."
Madelene Yeshin, Director of invisible media, explains: "It was important for invisible media to source a partner that is
both innovative and adaptable to the changing market. Clients demand flexibility to comply with their growing requirements.
We have worked closely with Striata to implement new solutions and as such have every confidence of a great burgeoning relationship."
"The immense benefits of electronic communication will become apparent over time. In the not-too-distant future, paper-based
communication is likely to be radically reduced. As more and more companies automate their business processes, so electronic
messaging will become the norm," says Ruston.
