Striata gains client in Asia Pacific - ( Dec 2003 )
Striata, a leading application software developer focused on electronic communication has launched a pilot project with
i-Benefits,
a prominent employee benefits consulting company in South East Asia.
Says Striata President and CEO Michael Wright; “This is a great accomplishment for Striata, as expansion into overseas markets
forms an integral part of Striata’s growth plan. Furthermore it proves that our software has global application and appeal.”
With subsidiaries that operate in five countries – Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Thailand, i-Benefits provides
employee benefits consulting services to clients throughout South East Asia.
Says i-Benefits CEO Mark Myerson title: “We awarded the pilot to Striata having identifying their application platform as a secure
and efficient way to communicate with clients. We are confident that using Striata’s offering will greatly improve our ability to have
flexible and cutting edge electronic communication with our clients.”

Striata’s application platform consists of the eBilling, eMarketing and eContact Suites. The key project for i-Benefits will be sending
out confidential premium statements to their client base using Striata’s secure eBilling product.
i-Benefits will also be implementing the eMarketing Suite to send personalised email notifications through Striata’s delivery process.
eContact is being evaluated as a tool to manage their inbound electronic communication with their policyholders. These products will
be deployed across their product-focused customer management teams.
