Decoder Instructions for Microsoft Windows
Using Internet Explorer
- Download the decoder by following the link at the bottom of the page.
- When prompted to 'Save' or 'Run' the attachment, choose 'Run'.
- If prompted with a Security warning that asks "Do you want to install and run striata-reader.exe? click Yes.
- If the 'Run' option, is not available, you will need to save the attachment somewhere on your hard drive. Your Windows Desktop is the easiest.
- Once you have saved the striata-reader.exe attachment, you need to run it - you can do this by double-clicking on the striata-reader.exe.
- If you saved it to your desktop, it should be visible if you minimize all windows.
- Once installed a dialogue box will display a message stating that the decoder has been installed.
- Click OK to close the message dialogue box. You will now be able to access your encrypted statements.
Using Netscape
- Save the application onto your machine.
- Double click the file.
- Once installed a dialogue box will display a message stating that the decoder has been installed.
- Click OK to close the message dialogue box. You will now be able to access your encrypted statements.
How do I view the Windows statement?
Opening the statement is a simple process:
- Double-click on the statement. When prompted to 'Save' or 'Open' the attachment, choose 'Open'.
- A dialogue box may prompt you to enter your username and password. Do so.
- Select OK.
