Decoder Instructions for Linux
How do I download the Linux decoder?
- Download the installation package
(striata-reader-1.0-27-linux-2.4-intel.rpm, to run GUI)
- To install the GUI version, install the package as root with the following command:
rpm -i /< Filename >
while in the directory in which you saved the download eg /tmp
How do I install the Linux decoder?
- Extract the attached striata-reader.tar.gz file to a directory on your computer.
- Change the directory to the directory where the Striata Reader was extracted to.
How do I view the Linux statement?
- If you installed the GUI version, you should be able to open the encrypted document by double clicking the file from your Gnome desktop. Alternatively you can open the attachment directly from within your mail client.
